This seminar was conducted in November 2011 by Brian. It was a low point for our fledgling organization — only 4 people showed up. It turned out to be a great discussion, but led to a lot of soul searching about the efficacy of our idea.
OVERVIEW:
As we progress towards formalizing our assembly, this month’s syllabus looks at those who have actually accomplished something significant. These are the men and women who have gone beyond mere talk, and taken action. Whether it be in education, technology or combat, actions truly do speak louder than words.
ASSIGNMENT:
Create three fully developed monthly syllabi on any topic of interest. Include source material, potential speakers on your topic and a policy question we would seek to answer by the end of it.
