Leaders

This seminar was given in Dec 2012 by Rob Dickinson in downtown San Diego.  It was our first session in a formal venue, and turnout was over 20 people.  At the time, we had changed the name from The Strategy and Innovation Forum to “Innovatio.” This was short lived.  This was the first time we thought our organization actually had legs.  We also started video recording our sessions.

OVERVIEW

A boy named Ender once noted, “Leading is a strange thing.  People see it happening, but they don’t have a clue how it works.”  In this seminar, we look towards those people who have inspired others, rallied movements and changed their societies forever.  We will look at their methods, their success, and perhaps most importantly, their failures.

ASSIGNMENT:

Bring someone who has never been to an Innovatio seminar before.  Think of a leader who has inspired you, and what you learned from them.
